Across the river, not across the city
We're upfront about who we are: a single-shop plumbing company based at 347 E 4th St in Manhattan's East Village. The Brooklyn Navy Yard happens to sit almost directly across the East River from us — look south from Two Bridges and you're looking at Wallabout Bay. That geography works in your favor. Getting a crew over either bridge is a short run, which is a very different proposition from calling a company based deep in Brooklyn, Queens or New Jersey and hoping they'll actually cross into the city for your emergency.
